# Zopping

> Zopping is an all-in-one commerce platform for retailers and brands. One account covers a storefront website, branded Android and iOS shopping apps, an in-store point of sale (POS), order management, warehouse management, picker and delivery apps, and marketing tools, all sharing one catalogue, price list and stock count. Zopping serves merchants in India and internationally, with pricing in INR and USD.

Zopping is built and operated by Zopping Technology Private Limited (founded 2018, headquartered in India). It is a managed cloud (SaaS) product: merchants set up and run their business from the Zopping dashboard without writing code, and Zopping does not take a commission on sales.

## What the platform includes

- Online store: a no-code storefront website with industry themes, SEO settings, multi-language support, delivery and pickup slots, and delivery zones.
- Mobile apps: Android and iOS shopping apps under the merchant's own brand (Android from the Growth plan, iOS from the Scale plan, white-labelled apps on Enterprise).
- Point of sale (POS): browser-based in-store billing with barcode/QR scanning, offline billing that syncs when back online, split payments (cash, card, UPI), customer lookup, held sales, in-store returns, 80mm receipts, shift X/Z reports, and real-time POS-to-online inventory sync.
- Order management: one queue for orders from every channel, order splitting, returns, accept/reject with order hopping, and delivery dispatch.
- Warehouse management (WMS): multi-store and multi-warehouse stock, barcode scanning, stock transfers, batch/lot/expiry tracking, bin locations, cycle counts and pick-path optimisation.
- Purchasing: supplier master with GSTIN and price lists, purchase orders with approvals (draft, approved, sent, partially received, received), goods receipts that post stock to inventory, supplier invoices with 3-way match, putaway tasks, and reorder policies.
- B2B, marketplace and ONDC: wholesale accounts with customer groups, tiered pricing and credit limits; multi-seller marketplace catalogues (Enterprise); and seller-side ONDC integration in India.
- Team and staff: user roles and activity logs, staff records, designations, shifts, attendance and leave management.
- Picker and delivery apps: Android apps for in-store picking and packing and for last-mile delivery riders, with trips in stop order, proof of delivery and rider earnings.
- Marketing and growth: campaigns (push, SMS, WhatsApp, email), offers and coupons, loyalty, referrals, reviews, abandoned-cart tracking (recovery flows on Enterprise), customer segments, and analytics.
- Payments and integrations: UPI, cards, wallets and cash on delivery in India (UPI via a PhonePe partnership); merchants outside India connect their own Stripe or PayPal. Courier partners, ERP, Google Merchant Center, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager and Facebook Pixel integrations.
