Are all these features included in every plan?
Most are, with limits on stores, products, orders and users that grow with each plan. A few are add-ons, usually on Enterprise: the marketplace, the POS Click & Collect queue and the Arabic admin. The pricing page lists what each plan includes.
Do I need separate software for my store counter and my website?
No. Zopping POS sells from the same catalogue, prices and stock as your website and apps, and counter sales land in the same order list.
Can Zopping handle wholesale as well as retail?
Yes. B2B accounts, customer groups, tiered pricing, customer credit and minimum order rules let you sell to trade buyers from the same store.
Can I sell on ONDC with Zopping?
Yes. The ONDC add-on, enabled in admin settings, publishes your catalogue to ONDC buyer apps and brings those orders into your normal order queue.
Does Zopping work outside India?
Yes. Zopping has customers outside India, and an Arabic admin is available on Enterprise.
