Delivery areas
Decide where each store delivers, and on what terms
Each store serves the zones you set: pin codes, a shape drawn on the map, or rings around the store. Every zone has its own fee, minimum order and free-delivery limit. Addresses outside all zones can’t place a delivery order.
- Pin codes, map shapes or a radius
- Fee and minimum order per zone
- Address checked before the order is placed
- The nearest serving store gets the order

What you get
Zones that carry their own rules
A zone is more than a boundary. It decides who can order, what delivery costs and which store delivers.
Three ways to draw a zone
Type or upload pin codes, draw on the map or upload a map file (KML), or set rings at distances around the store.
Several zones per store
Each store and dark store has its own zones, so neighbourhoods can have different terms.
A delivery fee per zone
A fixed charge, a rate by weight above a limit, and a share of the order value. Use any part.
Minimum and free delivery
Each zone sets the minimum order for delivery and the order value above which delivery is free.
Capacity by zone
Slot capacity is set zone by zone, and a zone can be left out when you block a slot.
Delivery by apartment
For hyperlocal stores, serve named apartment blocks and buildings rather than whole areas.

Price delivery by how far and how heavy
Close-in zones can have a low minimum and early free delivery. Outer zones can charge more. Zone values take precedence over store-wide settings.

Which store delivers
The right store for every address
Zopping finds the stores whose zones cover the customer’s address. If several do, the order goes to the nearest, or to the one with the earliest free slot. If none does, the order isn’t placed.
- Unserved addresses are stopped at checkout
- Nearest store, or earliest available slot
- The address is checked again if it is changed
- Turn a zone off without deleting it

Which should I use: pin codes, a map shape or a radius?
Pin codes are quickest when your area follows postal boundaries. A map shape gives the most control in a dense city, for example to stop at a river or highway. A radius suits even coverage in every direction. You can mix them for one store.
Can I upload my zones instead of drawing them?
Yes. You can upload a list of pin codes, or upload a map file (KML) for map shapes. Drawing on the map needs a Google Maps API key.
Can each zone have its own delivery fee and minimum order?
Yes. Each zone sets a minimum order, an order value above which delivery is free, and a fee made of a fixed charge, a weight-based charge and a percentage of the order value. Zone values take precedence over store-wide settings.
What happens when an address is outside my zones?
The customer can’t place a delivery order to that address. The check runs when the order is placed and again if the address is changed later.
What if two of my stores cover the same address?
By default the order goes to the nearest of those stores. You can instead give it to the store with the earliest available slot, with distance breaking a tie.
Can I change my zones later?
Yes. Add or remove pin codes, redraw a shape, change a radius or turn a zone off any time. Changes apply from the next checkout.
