What changes

Less time on the phone, fewer surprises in the ledger

Most distributors still take orders by phone and WhatsApp, price them from memory and track credit in a book. Here is what moves into Zopping.

TodayWith Zopping
  • 1

TodayRetailers call or send a WhatsApp list, and someone types every order in at night.

With ZoppingBuyers order for themselves. Each retailer gets a B2B account on your ordering site and app, and orders whenever they want.

  • 2

TodayCredit is tracked in a ledger, and you learn a buyer is over their limit after the goods have left.

With ZoppingCredit limits that are checked. Give each account a credit limit. Pay later is offered while they are within it, and you see used and available credit.

  • 3

TodayYou reorder from suppliers on instinct, and nobody is sure which godown has what.

With ZoppingPurchasing and stock in one place. Raise POs, receive against them, match the supplier invoice, and see stock by warehouse with reorder levels.

What you get

Both halves of a distribution business

Selling to the trade and buying from suppliers share one catalogue and one stock count, so an order placed at 9 pm is checked against goods actually in your warehouse.

Prices per buyer

The right rate for every retailer

No more rates in a spreadsheet or the salesman’s head. Price one product per customer group, with breaks that lower the unit price as quantity rises. Retail customers, if you have them, keep seeing regular prices.

  • Customer groups such as Wholesale or Distributor
  • Tiered prices by quantity, applied in the cart
  • Minimum order rules per group, so small baskets don’t go out at trade rates

Credit

Sell on credit without losing track

Set a credit limit per account. Orders on credit use it up, payments free it again, and your accounts team always sees the running balance.

  • Credit limit per B2B account
  • Pay later at checkout within the limit
  • GSTIN and PO number captured at checkout, GST details on the invoice

01

Can my retailers place orders themselves?

Yes. Each retailer gets a B2B account and orders from your ordering website or app. They see their customer group’s prices and, if you allow it, can pay later within their credit limit.

02

Can different buyers see different prices for the same product?

Yes. Put buyers into customer groups and set prices per group, with quantity breaks if you want them. The lower unit price applies in the cart as soon as the quantity reaches a break.

03

How does selling on credit work?

Give a B2B account a credit limit. While the buyer is within it, pay later is offered at checkout. Used and available credit show for every account, and payments you record free up the limit again.

04

Can I set a minimum order for trade buyers?

Yes. Order gating lets you set minimum order rules for a customer group, such as a minimum order value. An order that doesn’t meet them can’t be placed until the buyer adds more.

05

Does Zopping handle buying from my suppliers too?

Yes. Keep a supplier list, raise purchase orders, record goods receipts against them, and match each supplier invoice to the PO and receipt. Received stock posts to the warehouse it arrived at.

06

I have more than one warehouse. Can I see stock for each?

Yes. Stock is kept per store and warehouse and shown on one screen. Move stock between locations with transfers, and set reorder levels so you know what to buy next.
