Zopping PIM · Product information management in detail
Structure
Categories and attributes that fit your range
Build a category tree as deep as you need and define the attributes your products carry, such as fabric, shelf life or country of origin. The same structure drives filters on your store.
- Parent and child categories with their own restrictions
- Custom attributes per product
- Brands, plus public or private tags for collections
Shown as filters on your store
Bulk import and export
Change thousands of products in one upload
Upload a CSV of products, categories or tags. Existing products are matched by ID, then SKU, then name, so a re-upload updates instead of duplicating. Failed rows come back in an error file to fix and re-upload.
- Upload tracker with the history of every file
- Bulk images matched by SKU, variant SKU, barcode or name
- Download the full catalogue whenever you need a copy

One product, the right price at every store
Keep a single product record and set MRP, selling price, tax, HSN code and stock for each store and your online store.
- Price, MRP and stock per store
- Purchase limits and bulk-order thresholds per store
- Price breaks by quantity for trade buyers

PIM questions, answered
Quick answers to what retailers ask most. Can't find yours? Ask our team.
What is the difference between PIM and the catalogue in my store?
A store catalogue shows products to shoppers. A PIM is where the master product data is kept: variants, attributes, categories, images, languages and store-level prices. In Zopping they are the same data, so there is nothing to sync between them.
Can I use Zopping PIM without moving my store to Zopping?
Yes. Keep your catalogue in Zopping PIM, import and export it in bulk, map SKUs from other systems, sync to Google Merchant Center and read it over APIs.
How does bulk import handle products that already exist?
Products are matched by ID, then SKU, then name. A match is updated, not created again. Rows that cannot be imported come back in a downloadable error file, and the upload tracker keeps a history of every file.
How do I add images for thousands of products?
Name each image after the product’s SKU, variant SKU, barcode or name and upload them in bulk. Zopping matches each file to its product and resizes it for the web.
Can each store have its own price?
Yes. One product can have a different selling price, MRP, tax and stock at each store and online, along with per-store purchase limits.
Which file formats does import support?
CSV for products, categories, tags and product restrictions. Images can be JPG, PNG or WebP.
