Zopping Helpdesk · Customer support
Every customer email, answered by the right person
A shared inbox for your support team. Emails to support@, returns@ or billing@ become tickets with an owner, a status and a full history, with the customer’s orders beside each one.
- Email from Gmail, Microsoft 365 or any IMAP mailbox
- Queues, owners, priorities and tags
- Customer orders beside every ticket
- AI drafts and thread summaries
Who it’s for
For teams that have outgrown a shared mailbox
When three people read one inbox, emails get answered twice or not at all. A helpdesk gives every message one owner and one history.
Online stores and D2C brands
Where is my order, missing items, returns and refunds, handled by a small team.
Retailers with several stores
One inbox per address, so store queries, billing and returns each get their own queue.
Support leads
See what is open, pending and unassigned at a glance, and who is working on what.
Owners who still answer email
Hand tickets to the team and step in with a private note when needed.
What it replaces
What it does
A complete helpdesk, not a contact form
Everything a team needs to work through email together, with nothing to install.
Queues by address
Each address you connect becomes a queue. Filter by queue, unassigned or yours.
Status, priority and tags
Every ticket has a status, priority, tags and an assignee, so the team knows what to pick up next.
Reopens on reply
If a customer writes back on a solved or closed ticket, it opens again instead of getting lost.
Customer portal
Customers sign in with a link sent to their email and see the status of their own tickets.
Zopping Helpdesk · Customer support in detail
One timeline per ticket
The whole story on one screen
Customer emails, your replies, private notes, assignments and status changes sit in one timeline. Anyone who opens the ticket sees what has been done.
- Inbound and outbound email in one thread
- Internal notes for the team, never shown to customers
- Every assignment and status change recorded

Customer context
Answer with the order in front of you
A sidebar shows who the customer is, what they have spent and their recent orders with status. Agents stop asking for order numbers and start fixing the problem.
- Profile, order count and total spend
- Recent orders with their delivery status
- Loaded when the ticket opens, nothing to copy across

AI assist
A first draft in seconds, sent by a person

- Reply drafts the agent can edit or discard
- Bullet summaries of long threads
- Intent and sentiment on incoming messages
- Runs on your own OpenAI or Anthropic account

Hi Meera, I am sorry the cover arrived torn. We can refund ₹2,500 on this order today, or send a new cover this week. Which would you prefer?
How it connects
Keep your addresses. Change how you answer them.
Customers keep writing to the addresses they know. Replies go out from the same address, through your own mail server.
Forward any address
Forward support@, sales@ or billing@ to your helpdesk address and tickets start arriving.
Google Workspace and Microsoft 365
Connect a mailbox by signing in with Google or Microsoft. Any other mailbox works over IMAP.
Google sign-in for your team
Agents sign in with Google. Roles are owner, admin, agent and viewer.
Credentials kept encrypted
Mailbox and AI credentials are stored encrypted, and each business’s data is kept separate.
Helpdesk inbox
- support@11
- returns@5
- billing@2
Replies go out from the same address
Alone or together
Start with support, add the rest when you need it

- Order and delivery status in the same admin when a parcel is late
Helpdesk questions, answered
Quick answers to what retailers ask most. Can't find yours? Ask our team.
Can I use Zopping Helpdesk without the rest of Zopping?
Yes. Connect your support email addresses, invite your team and start working tickets. If your store also runs on Zopping, each ticket shows the customer’s profile and recent orders.
Which email accounts can I connect?
Forward any address to your helpdesk address, connect a Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 mailbox by signing in, or connect any other mailbox over IMAP with an app password. Replies go out from the same address through your own mail server.
What happens when a customer replies to a solved ticket?
The ticket reopens automatically and goes back into the queue, so the reply is not missed.
How does the AI assist work, and who pays for it?
AI assist drafts replies, summarises long threads and labels incoming messages with intent and sentiment. You choose OpenAI or Anthropic and add your own API key, so usage is billed to your account with that provider. An agent always reviews a draft before it is sent.
Can customers check the status of their tickets?
Yes. In the customer portal, customers sign in with a link sent to their email and see their own tickets.
Does it support live chat or WhatsApp?
Not today. Zopping Helpdesk handles email, plus tickets your agents create by hand. You can reach customers on WhatsApp, SMS and push through Zopping campaigns.
Give your support inbox an owner
Tell us which addresses customers write to. We will show those emails as tickets in Zopping Helpdesk.
