Who it’s for

For businesses that have outgrown the stock register

A WMS pays off the day “we have it somewhere” stops being good enough. Built for Indian supply chains: GSTIN and PAN on suppliers, HSN on items, and a receiving screen that works on a phone at the dock.

  • D2C brands

One warehouse behind your own site and marketplaces, with the right stock on every channel.

  • Distributors and wholesalers

Buy from many suppliers on credit, receive in part, and check every invoice against what arrived.

  • Retail chains and dark stores

A central warehouse feeding stores, with stock moved between locations every day.

  • Anyone selling dated goods

Food, personal care or pharma, where the oldest batch goes out first and expired stock never ships.

What it replaces

  • A stock spreadsheet per warehouseOut of date by lunchtime
  • Paper goods receipts and putaway slipsTyped in later, if at all
  • Matching invoices by eyePO in one file, receipt in another
  • Updating store stock by handAfter every delivery
Zopping WMSEvery unit in a known bin, every change logged

What it does

From purchase order to the right bin, and back out

Deep on the inward side, honest on the outward side.

  • Suppliers and price lists

Supplier records with GSTIN, PAN, payment terms and lead time, plus each supplier’s price, MOQ and SKU per item.

  • Purchase orders with approval

Draft, approve, send and receive POs. Prices fill in from the supplier’s list, and PO status updates as goods arrive.

  • Barcode receiving and QC hold

Scan items into a goods receipt (GRN) on a phone, tablet or scanner at the dock. Hold stock in staging until it is inspected.

  • Bin-level locations

Warehouse, zone, aisle, rack and bin, with zone types for storage, receiving, staging, quarantine and damaged stock.

  • Pick lists and transfers

Pick lists in walk order with scan-to-confirm. Move stock bin to bin, or between warehouses through draft, pick, ship and receive.

  • Gatepass for non-order stock

Return rejected goods to the vendor, or send out samples and exhibition stock, with a printable gate sheet and stock held from the start.

  • Full audit trail

Every receipt, adjustment, transfer and reservation is logged with who and when. Adjustments need a reason code.

  • Reports you can export

Purchases by supplier, inventory ageing and stock movement, filtered by date and exported to CSV.

Receiving

Check it in once, and put it where it belongs

When the truck arrives, open the expected shipment and check a list instead of typing one. Good stock and rejects are split during QC, and each gets a putaway task to a specific bin. Nothing is sellable until it is on the shelf.

  • Goods receipt (GRN) pre-filled from the PO or shipping notice, or receive without a PO
  • Partial deliveries and walk-in receipts supported
  • Accepted and rejected quantities with a reason per line
  • Lot, batch and expiry captured as you scan

Stock by batch and bin

Oldest batch out first, expired stock never

Every position knows its bin, batch, expiry and condition. Reservations take the earliest-expiring good stock first (FEFO). Damaged and QC-rejected stock is kept apart, and expired batches can’t be reserved or picked.

  • Good, damaged and QC-rejected stock counted separately
  • Low-stock thresholds per item per warehouse, and warnings before stock expires
  • Stock changes reach your Shopify or Zopping store within seconds

Supplier billing

Pay for what arrived, not what was billed

Link a supplier invoice to its PO and GRN and the lines fill in from what was accepted. Zopping compares PO, receipt and invoice line by line (3-way match), explains any difference, and lets you flag a dispute before you pay.

  • A match status on every invoice, from unmatched to fully matched
  • Invoices, POs and goods receipts keep their PDFs and photos attached
  • Payment status from pending to paid

How it connects

Keeps your storefront’s stock honest

Be the stock source for the places you sell. Every stock change is written back to connected stores, and everything is available through the API.

  • Shopify and Zopping stores

Connect a store, map its locations to your warehouses, and import its catalogue. Orders reserve stock and changes flow back.

  • ERP and inventory tools

Unicommerce, EasyEcom and GoFrugal integrations for teams already running one.

  • API keys with roles

Give your ERP or a partner an API key tied to an admin, manager or operator role.

  • CSV import

Load your item list from a spreadsheet with SKU, name, barcode, unit and HSN.

01

Can I use Zopping WMS with my Shopify store?

Yes. Connect the store, map each Shopify location to a warehouse, and Zopping imports the catalogue. Shopify orders reserve stock, and every warehouse stock change, from a receipt to an adjustment, is written back to Shopify within seconds.

02

How does Zopping WMS handle batches and expiry?

Lot, batch and expiry are captured at receiving. Reservations take the earliest-expiring good stock first (FEFO), expired batches can’t be reserved or picked, and you can set how many days ahead to be warned about stock about to expire.

03

Do I need a purchase order to receive goods?

No. Receive against a PO, against the supplier’s expected shipment, or directly for walk-in deliveries and opening stock. Partial deliveries are fine. The PO stays partially received until the rest arrives.

04

Can received stock be quality-checked before it is sold?

Yes, per goods receipt. Stage it for QA and the stock waits on hold. The inspector records how much was accepted and rejected, and putaway tasks move each part to its bin. Only good stock that has been put away becomes sellable.

05

What is 3-way matching?

It checks a supplier invoice against the purchase order and the goods receipt before you pay. Zopping compares the three line by line, explains any difference, and lets you flag the invoice as disputed.

06

Who can do what in the warehouse?

There are three roles. Admins manage users and settings, managers approve POs and transfers and see the full audit trail, and operators receive, pick and move stock. The same roles apply to API keys.
