What you get
Built for catalogues measured in part numbers
Thousands of parts, each with its vehicles, numbers and a price for every buyer.
Make, model and year
Narrow thousands of parts to one vehicle
Make, model and year fields hold many values, so a part lists every vehicle it suits. Buyers pick their vehicle and see only those parts. Update the data in bulk with a CSV.
- Multi-value fields for make, model and year
- Shown as filters next to brand, price and category
- CSV import that updates parts instead of duplicating them

Can buyers find parts by make, model and year?
Yes. Create make, model and year as product fields, mark them as filters and fill them in per part. Buyers then see parts listed for their vehicle. Zopping has no built-in vehicle compatibility database, so you add the vehicle data.
One part suits several models. Do I need a product for each?
No. Use a multi-value field, so one product holds every make, model and year it is sold for, and it shows up under each of them when buyers filter.
Can buyers search by part number or OEM number?
Yes. Mark those fields searchable. You can add synonyms for alternative part names and store a barcode on each product to scan at the counter.
Can garages and fleets get different prices from walk-in customers?
Yes. Put them in customer groups with their own prices and quantity breaks. Trusted accounts can get a credit limit and pay later, and rules such as a minimum basket value apply per group.
How do I load a catalogue of thousands of parts?
Upload a CSV. Products are matched by ID, then SKU, then name, so re-uploading updates them, and failed rows come back in an error file. Upload images in bulk, named after each part’s SKU or barcode.
I have several branches and a warehouse. How is stock handled?
Each location has its own stock count, shown together on one grid. Transfer stock between locations. Website orders and Zopping POS sales draw on that store’s count.
Can I ship heavy parts such as batteries to other cities?
Yes. Ship through courier partners such as Shiprocket, and deliver local orders with your own riders. Each delivery area’s fee can include a rate for weight above a limit you set.
What happens when a customer receives the wrong part?
The customer or your team raises a return on the order. You track the pickup, and the refund is recorded on the same order.
