Built for the counter
Everything a cashier needs to keep the queue moving.
Fast, keyboard-first billing
Scan with any USB barcode scanner or search by name. Shortcuts for scanning, charging, holding a sale and finding a customer. Prefer touch? Switch to a tappable product grid.
Keeps billing when the internet drops
Catalogue and prices are stored on the device, so scanning and checkout work offline. Offline sales sync when the connection returns, without duplicates.
Cash, card, UPI and split bills
Take any payment mode your store accepts, split one bill across several and let POS work out cash change.
Customers at the counter
Look up a customer by phone to attach the sale to their history, add a new one in seconds, or bill as a walk-in.
Hold sales and handle returns
Park a cart while a shopper fetches one more item and serve the next person. Process returns against the original bill.
Receipts and shift reports
Print on 80mm thermal printers with your own header and footer, and reprint any bill. Open a shift with a cash float and close it with X and Z reports.
Several counters, several stores
Every counter registered, every shift accounted for
POS keeps each counter tied to the right store and cashier.
- Terminals locked to a storeRegister each counter as a POS terminal and lock it to its store. Each cashier opens and closes their own shift, with X and Z reports.
- Click & Collect queueEnterpriseOnline orders marked for store pickup wait in a queue at the counter. Available on Enterprise.

1 readyOne inventory, online and in store
Separate tills and web stores drift apart: an item sells out in store and stays live online. Zopping POS is another channel on the same platform, not a bolt-on.
- A counter sale and an online order draw on one stock count.
- Counter sales land in your order list next to online orders, so reports cover every channel.
- Your Zopping offers and coupons apply at the counter too.
- Low stock shows a warning, never a blocked sale. If the item is in the shopper’s hand, you can sell it.

What hardware do I need for Zopping POS?
A computer or tablet with a modern browser such as Chrome. USB barcode scanners that work as a keyboard need no setup, and receipts print on 80mm thermal printers through the browser’s print dialog.
Does it work without internet?
Yes, for billing. Once the app is loaded and your catalogue has synced, you can scan, bill and print with no connection, and offline sales sync when you are back online. Customer lookup and simple order-level coupons also work offline. Adding new customers and automatic offers need a connection; while offline, items sell at their regular synced price.
Will a counter sale update my online stock?
Yes. POS uses the same catalogue and inventory as your Zopping website and apps, so counter sales reduce online stock and show up in your order list.
How are card and UPI payments taken?
POS records the payment mode and amount against the bill. Card payments are taken on your existing card machine and UPI through your store’s QR code. One bill can be split across cash, card and UPI.
Can I run several counters and stores?
Yes. Each counter is registered as a POS terminal and locked to its store, and each one runs its own shifts with X and Z reports. On Enterprise, a Click & Collect queue at the counter shows online orders waiting for store pickup.
Is POS included in my Zopping plan?
Point of sale is part of the Zopping feature set listed on every plan. See the pricing page for each plan’s limits on stores, orders and users, or talk to us if you run several counters.
