- One queue across stores and channels
- Store acceptance and passing orders on
- Webhooks and APIs for your other tools
Orders
Syncing 5 channelsWho it’s for
For sellers who are tired of switching tabs
If orders arrive in five places and get worked in a sixth, an OMS ties them together. Built for Indian retail: COD, UPI, delivery slots and GST invoices are part of the order, not add-ons.
Brands selling on marketplaces
Get your own-shipped Amazon orders in the same queue as website orders, with tracking sent back.
Retailers with several stores
Route each order to the right store, let a busy store pass it on, and see every queue from head office.
Teams on Shopify or another storefront
Keep your storefront and run fulfilment in Zopping. Orders, catalogue and stock come across on their own.
Distributors taking bulk orders
Upload hundreds of orders from a spreadsheet or your ERP instead of keying them in.
What it replaces
What it does
Everything between “order placed” and “delivered”
The OMS owns the order from arrival until the money is settled.
One queue for every channel
Website, app, POS, ONDC, Shopify and Amazon orders in one list, filtered by channel, store or status.
A real fulfilment lifecycle
Picking, checking, packing, dispatch and completion, with partial picks, on-hold and cancellation along the way.
Store acceptance
A store can accept or reject an order. A rejected order hops to the next store that can fulfil it.
Split orders
Ship what you have now and the rest later, or split one cart into separate orders for different stores.
Returns, disputes and refunds
Take return requests, record disputes with reasons and resolutions, and refund from the order itself.
Payments that reconcile
Online, counter and rider-collected COD payments are recorded on the order, then settled when the trip’s cash is closed.

Marketplace orders
Amazon orders, fulfilled like your own
Connect your Amazon seller account and seller-fulfilled orders arrive with the buyer’s address. Pick, pack and ship them with your other orders. When the shipment leaves, Zopping confirms it on Amazon with the carrier and tracking number.
- Seller-fulfilled orders only; Amazon still ships your FBA orders
- Checked every 10 minutes, plus a “pull now” button
- Shopify orders, catalogue and stock sync the same way

Fulfilment
Each store works its own queue
Every store sees its orders by stage, from pending to dispatched, and chooses how its picking queue is ordered.
- Pending, picking, checking, packing and dispatched at a glance
- Queue order per store: oldest, nearest, farthest or manual
- Delivery slots on every order, so pickers work to the clock

Imports and sync
When something doesn’t come through, you know why
Every order that comes in leaves a line in the activity log. If one is skipped, the log says why in plain words, and you can retry in one click.
- Plain reasons such as “this SKU is not in your catalogue yet”
- Bulk CSV or API imports, with an emailed report of failed rows
- Webhooks for order and payment events, sent to your own systems

Alone or together
Start with orders, add the rest when you need it
Works on its own with the storefront and warehouse you have today. Add more of Zopping and the same order flows into stock, delivery and support.
Zopping OMS on its own
Keep your current storefront, marketplaces and warehouse.
- Shopify and Amazon orders brought into one queue
- Fulfilment stages, store routing and returns
- Webhooks and APIs to keep your ERP up to date
With the rest of Zopping
Orders, stock, delivery and customers share one record.
- Orders reserve stock in the WMS the moment they arrive
- Dispatched orders become trips or courier shipments in the DMS
- The customer’s history is in the CRM and the helpdesk
OMS questions, answered
Quick answers to what retailers ask most. Can't find yours? Ask our team.
Can I use Zopping OMS without moving my store to Zopping?
Yes. Connect your Shopify store and Zopping pulls in its orders, catalogue and stock, then keeps them current through Shopify webhooks. Amazon seller-fulfilled orders come in the same way. Your storefront stays where it is.
How do Amazon orders get into Zopping?
Connect your Amazon seller account. Zopping checks for new seller-fulfilled orders every 10 minutes, or on demand. When the order ships, Zopping confirms it on Amazon with the carrier and tracking number. FBA orders are left out because Amazon fulfils those itself.
What happens when a store can’t fulfil an order?
If store acceptance is on, the order waits for the store to accept it. A store that can’t fulfil it rejects it, and the order moves to another store that can.
Can I import orders in bulk?
Yes. Upload a CSV, or send a batch from your own system through the API. A single order is placed straight away and any error shows immediately. Larger files are processed in the background, and failed rows are emailed to you as a CSV report.
How do my ERP and other systems find out about order changes?
Through webhooks. Zopping sends events when an order is placed, its status changes, its details or items are edited, it is cancelled, a payment is completed, COD is collected by a rider, or a refund completes. The same data is available over the REST API.
Does Zopping OMS handle COD?
Yes. COD collected at the door is recorded against the order when the rider completes the delivery, and marked settled when the rider’s trip cash is closed. Online and counter payments are recorded on the same order.
