Can I keep selling on marketplaces while I move customers to my own store?
Yes. Most brands keep their marketplace listings. Marketplace orders, such as Amazon’s, can be imported into Zopping order management, so they are packed and shipped from the same queue as your website and app orders.
Will the mobile apps carry my brand name?
Yes. Your Android and iOS apps are published under your brand’s name and icon, and use the same catalogue, offers and customer accounts as your website.
How do I ship orders outside my city?
Book Shiprocket or another courier integration from the order screen. Tracking goes to the customer, and you can still use your own riders for local orders.
Can I send WhatsApp messages to my customers?
