Does Zopping have loyalty points?
No. Rewards run through the store wallet instead. Cashback on orders and top-ups, referral bonuses and refunds are credited as wallet money that customers spend at checkout. Cashback can be set to expire.
What can a VIP membership include?
Free delivery or pickup, no handling or platform charges, a member-only minimum order for free delivery, and a percentage discount on orders. You set the price for each plan length and can cap how much a member saves.
Do memberships renew automatically?
No. A membership runs to the end of its plan, then expires, and the customer buys a new plan to continue. Your team can also add a membership for a customer from the admin.
How do referral rewards work?
Each customer has a referral code and link. A friend who signs up with it gets a sign-up bonus in their wallet. The referrer is paid, as a flat amount or a percentage of the order up to a maximum, once the friend completes a first order within 30 days of signing up. Customers cannot use their own code.
Can I approve reviews before they are published?
Yes. Every new review waits for approval, and an approved review that the customer edits goes back for approval. Only approved reviews count towards a product’s average rating.
Can customers add photos to reviews?
Yes. A review has a star rating, a title, text and photos. Each customer can review a product once.
