Can customers upload a prescription when ordering medicines online?
Yes. At checkout, the customer uploads a photo of the prescription and adds the patient’s and doctor’s names. Your team sees it before packing. Zopping keeps it with the order, and your pharmacist does the checking.
Can I sell prescription medicines and wellness products in one store?
Yes. Medicines, supplements, personal care and devices can sit in one catalogue, sorted by categories and tags. Products tagged prescription or Rx can show an Rx mark in your store.
How can I track batches and expiry dates for medicines?
Record the batch and expiry when stock arrives. With Zopping WMS, orders use the earliest-expiring good stock first, expired batches can’t be reserved or picked, and expiry alerts warn you early.
Can customers search for a medicine by its short name?
Yes. Add synonyms, such as “ORS” for oral rehydration salts or “BP monitor” for blood pressure monitor, and both searches show the same products. You can also pin chosen products to the top of results.
Can I limit how many units of a medicine one customer can buy?
Yes. Set a maximum quantity per customer for any product. The limit is set for each store.
Can each pharmacy branch deliver only to its own neighbourhood?
Yes. Each branch has its own delivery area, set by pin code, map shape or radius, and its own slots. For urgent orders, add an express slot that delivers within the minutes you set.
Does stock stay correct if I also bill customers at the counter?
Yes. Zopping POS accepts cash, card or UPI and uses the same stock as your website and app. When a strip is sold at the counter, it also drops from your online stock.
