What changes

Head office stops chasing the stores for numbers

Chains grow one store at a time, and each new store adds another spreadsheet. Here is what comes together in Zopping.

TodayWith Zopping
  • 1

TodayEach store keeps its own product list, so names, photos and prices drift apart.

With ZoppingOne catalogue, local prices. Products live in a central catalogue. Set one price for all stores, or a different price where a store needs it.

  • 2

TodayOnline orders reach a store that is out of stock or too far from the customer.

With ZoppingThe right store gets the order. Each store has its own stock and delivery area, and a store that can’t fulfil an order can pass it on.

  • 3

TodayStore staff share one login, and nobody can tell who changed a price or issued a refund.

With ZoppingStaff with their own roles. Every person gets a login and a role, and the activity log shows what each user did, store by store.

What you get

Central control, local detail

Head office decides the shared rules once. Each store sets what it needs locally. Same system.

Catalogue, price and stock

One product, priced and stocked per store

Add a product once and every store can sell it. Set the same price everywhere or store by store. Each store keeps its own stock count with low-stock alerts.

  • Central catalogue for every store and warehouse
  • Prices per store when a location needs its own
  • Stock transfers between stores and warehouses

Counters in every store, one set of numbers

Register each counter as a POS terminal locked to its store, so sales, stock and shift reports land in the right place. Online orders for store pickup wait in a queue at the counter.

01

Can each store have its own prices?

Yes. Products sit in one central catalogue. Keep one price for every store, or set a different price for a particular store.

02

How does Zopping decide which store gets an online order?

Each store has its own delivery area, set by pin code, map polygon or radius. An order goes to the store whose area covers the customer’s address. A store that can’t fulfil an order can reject it, and it moves to another store.

03

Is stock tracked separately for each store?

Yes. Every store and warehouse has its own stock count, all shown on one screen. Move stock between locations with transfers and get low-stock alerts by store.

04

Do the POS counters in my stores share stock with the online store?

Yes. Each POS terminal is locked to its store and sells from that store’s catalogue, prices and stock, the same count your online orders use.

05

Can I compare how my stores are doing?

Yes. Store performance reports show sales store by store, online and counter together, and you can export them.

06

We have dozens of stores. Is there a plan for that?

Zopping Enterprise is built for multi-store businesses, with unlimited stores and warehouses scoped to your contract, ERP and third-party integration, and a shared account manager.
