How do I add sizes and colours to a clothing product?
Add size and colour as properties of one product. Each size and colour pairing becomes its own variant, with its own SKU, barcodes, images, price and stock at every store.
Can I add a size chart to my product pages?
Yes. Upload a size chart image to the product. Shoppers open it from the size options on the page, so they can check the fit before they buy.
Can customers exchange clothes for a different size?
Customers raise a return within the days you allow and give a reason. A replacement sends the same item again, so for a different size the usual route is a refund and a new order. You can also approve a refund only.
Can shoppers filter clothes by size, colour or fabric?
Yes. Filters cover size, colour, brand and price. You can add your own, such as fabric, so shoppers find what they want faster.
What happens when a size is sold out?
Each size is counted separately at each store, and the product page shows which sizes are left. Shoppers can ask to be told when a size returns, and they get an alert once you restock it.
Can I run an end-of-season sale?
Yes. You can set up buy two get one free, a discount above a cart value, or a coupon code. Apply it to chosen products, brands or categories, and give it a start and end date.
Can I bill in my shop using the same stock as my online store?
Yes. Zopping POS sells from the same stock as your website and app. Staff scan the variant barcode at the counter, and returns are handled against the original bill.
