Everything stock, in one place
From your first stock upload to many warehouses, the same tools grow with you.
Choose how stock is tracked
Never track stock, upload it, sync it from another system, or let purchasing update it. Change it as you grow.
Stock grid by store
See every product’s stock across all stores and warehouses on one screen. Edit counts in place.
Overrides and buffer
Hold back a buffer so you never oversell, or override one product at one store.
Low-stock alerts
See what is running low, and where, before customers see “out of stock”.
Cycle counts
Count a few bins at a time, not a full stocktake, and correct stock where the count is off.
Stock transfers
Move stock between stores and warehouses. Counts stay right at both ends.
Batch, lot and expiry
Record batch and expiry on arrival, so short-dated stock sells first.
Putaway and bins
Received goods become putaway tasks with printable sheets, so every item lands in a known bin.
Stock strategy
Run stock the way your business already does
Some stores never track stock. Others live in an ERP. Pick what fits today and change it later without touching your catalogue.
- Always available: products never go out of stock online
- Upload stock from a sheet, or push it from an integration
- ERP-managed, or driven by Zopping purchase orders and receipts

Counting
Cycle counts on the phone in your staff’s pocket
The picker app that picks orders also counts stock. Staff scan a bin, enter the count and move on.
- Count a few bins a day instead of a yearly stocktake
- Differences from the expected count stand out
- No paper sheets to key in afterwards

Do I have to track stock to use Zopping?
No. Choose “always available” and products never go out of stock online. Later you can switch to uploaded stock, stock synced from another system or your ERP, or stock that goes up as purchases are received, without rebuilding your catalogue.
Does stock sync between my website, app and store counter?
Yes. The website, Android and iOS apps and Zopping POS sell from the same stock count for each store, so a counter sale and an online order draw on one number.
Can I keep using my ERP for stock?
Yes. If stock is managed in your ERP or synced from another system, your ERP or another system stays the source of truth and pushes stock to Zopping. If stock follows purchasing, stock goes up as goods are received against purchase orders in Zopping.
How do batch and expiry tracking work?
Record the batch or lot and expiry date when goods arrive. You can then see which batches are close to expiry at each location. Batch, lot and expiry tracking is part of the warehouse features listed on the pricing page.
How do my staff count stock?
Create a count for a set of bins or products. Staff count with the Zopping picker app on an Android phone, in the aisle, not on paper keyed in later.
