What the apps do
One app for the store floor, one for the road
Both apps use the same orders as your admin, so nobody re-keys a pick list or a delivery.
A picking queue you control
Pickers get the next order from a queue sorted oldest first, by slot, by distance, or in an order you set by hand.
Scan as you pick
Every item is scanned with the phone camera, including weighed items with the weight in the barcode.
Short picks without a phone call
Mark an item unavailable with a reason, add a substitute, or carry the shortfall to a later slot if your store allows it.
Check, pack and print
A separate checking step, named bags, a photo of the packed order, and labels on a Bluetooth printer.
Trips in stop order
Riders see their trip stop by stop and open each address in Google Maps.
Proof at the door
Take an OTP, a photo or a signature, depending on what you require for each store.
Picker and rider apps in detail
Picker app
When an item is missing, the picker decides on the spot
Pickers don’t need to call a manager. The app shows the options your store allows and records the choice on the order.
- Mark an item unavailable, with a reason
- Search by name or barcode to add a substitute
- Short-pick and deliver the rest in a later slot
- Report a wrong shelf location or product image
Checking and packing
A second pair of eyes before the bag is sealed
Checking is its own step with its own queue, so mistakes are caught in the store. Packers then split the order into named bags and print a label for each.
- Accept or reject each item, with a reason
- Named bags with a package weight
- Photo of the packed order
- Zebra and Epson label printers over Bluetooth
Rider app
Payment and proof, settled at the door
Riders take payment the ways your store accepts, collect the proof you ask for and take back rejected items. If the signal drops, the delivery is saved on the phone and sent when it returns.
- Cash, customer wallet or a scan-to-pay QR code
- OTP, delivery photos and signature
- Item returns at the door, with a reason
- Earnings, incentives and performance for each rider

Which phones do the picker and rider apps run on?
Android phones. Both apps are on Google Play. There is no iOS version of either app.
How does the picker app decide which order to pick next?
Orders come from a picking queue. You choose the sort: oldest first (by delivery slot when slots are on), nearest or farthest first, or an order you set by hand. Pickers can pick several orders at once if you turn that on.
What happens when an item is out of stock on the shelf?
The picker marks it unavailable with a reason, adds a substitute, or short-picks it. If your store allows partial fulfilment, the missing quantity can go in a later slot instead of being cancelled.
Which printers work with the apps?
The picker app prints labels on Zebra and Epson printers and invoices on Epson printers, connected over Bluetooth. The rider app can also print invoices on Epson Bluetooth printers.
How do riders take payment?
With the payment methods your store accepts: cash, the customer’s store wallet, or a QR code the customer scans to pay. A payment can be split across methods.
What proof of delivery can I ask for?
An OTP from the customer, delivery photos, a signature, or a combination. You set which are required for each store.
Do the apps work without mobile signal?
Partly. A completed delivery, its signature and the rider’s location are saved on the phone and uploaded when signal returns. New orders and trips, OTPs and QR payments need a connection.
